KFUM Uppsala made it to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group D. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Hørsholm BBK with 41-50. Thereby KFUM Uppsala finished second in B00 Slutspel during Scania Cup 2016.
