SBBK was one of 31 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Scania Cup 2019. They participated with 13 teams in all categories except Girls 02. Seven teams played until 7-8 in Slutspel; Boys 05 won over Ullern Basket by 66-51, Girls 04 won over IK Eos by 33-32, Boys 02 won over Rauma Basket by 67-37, Boys 06 lost against ALBA by 60-62, Girls 06 lost against AIK Basket by 21-54, Boys 04 lost against Kolbotn Basket by 29-58 and Boys 00-01 lost against Djurgården IF Basketförening by 58-73.

In addition to this, SBBK have participated in Scania Cup before. During Scania Cup 2018, SBBK had 14 teams playing in all categories of the tournament. Three teams played until Bronze match in Slutspel; Girls 99-00 won over Sandvika by 54-29, Girls 02 lost against SISU Basketball by 52-60 and Girls 01 lost against Ullern Basket by 37-46.

SBBK originates from Södertälje, which is the same city as where Scania Cup takes place. The area around Södertälje does also provide 15 additional clubs participating during Scania Cup 2019 (Among others: Skuru Basket P02, KFUM Lidingö, Tureberg Basket, Spånga Basket, Haga Haninge, Kungsholmen Basket, BOTKYRKA BASKET, Täby Basket, Hammarby Basket and AIK Basket).
