Högsbo Basket was one of 26 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Scania Cup 2017. They participated with two teams in Boys 03 and Girls 03 respectively. The team in Girls 03 made it to the the Bronze match in Slutspel, but lost it against Ulriken Eagles by 35-36.
In addition to this, Högsbo Basket have participated in Scania Cup before. During Scania Cup 2016, Högsbo had two teams playing in Boys 03 and Girls 03 respectively. The team in Boys 03 made it to the the 7-8 in Slutspel, but lost it against Stjarnan by 38-57. Högsbo comes from Västra Frölunda which lies approximately 380 km from Södertälje, where Scania Cup takes place. The area around Västra Frölunda does also provide two additional clubs participating during Scania Cup 2017 (Onsala Pirates BBK and KFUM Göteborg).
