In addition to BK Amager, 11 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys 02. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof BK Amager could be found in Group A together with Tureberg Basket and Hammarby Basket.
BK Amager made it to Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Solna Vikings, which they won with 79-59. Thereby BK Amager won the entire Slutspel in Boys 02 during Scania Cup 2016. BK Amager also participated in Boys 02 during Scania Cup 2015.
